Clamp on roof rack? I'm feeling rather horny.

No, it doesn't. Maybe I should mount them out of sight so I can maintain the element of surprise. Plus, I don't know that having them a few feet above and behind my head is a good idea. But damn, they look cool!

I would put them under the truck personally, that way if there's a complaint, they aren't immediately visible.

They also work better on a ball valve (again because of better flow) than a solenoid but that makes it all harder to hide. I want a set for my dually since I'm adding on board air for the helpers. I'm going to hide it all under the bed in the spare tire location. Haven't decided if I'll wire a separate switch for them or a switch off the horn button to swap between regular and air horn. I'll probably use some cheap ebay ones though since they will be under the truck an easier to damage.

Many of the old roof racks would work, you would just use one, maybe. I had an 84 Chev Celebrity on which I installed a roof rack that clamped around and over the drip rail.

It's not so much the pressure as it is the flow. If the railroad ran it on 1/2" line an you go to 3/8" it won't be as loud. Tank size will dictate how long you can run it. 20 sec with 1/2" line might turn into 45 with 3/8" an so on.
They are 1/2" fittings necked down to 3/8". Pressure is regulated at 90 psi via cutout switch, which I grabbed as well.

My electric horns are under the hood.
I have those mounted to the radiator support behind the grill. I painted them black so they don't show thru. They are a 100 times better than the OEM snail. I'm hoping the train horns will be 1000 times better! lol

I don’t have it anymore but I build a roof rack that was magnetic. I used 4 speaker magnets. I had lights mounted to it and a place to attach a surfboard. When I wasn’t using the lights I attached it to the bed below the rear window. It worked great.

?? Lame? That’s a pretty dang nice truck. I’d take it.
Not a super fan of the wrap color, but…

It's the hidden horns.

I'd bet money he's one of the a-hole mall crawlers that sneaks up on people and thinks it's funny when they're scared by the horns.
