Attempted to get my truck inspected today. Failed with flying freaking colors. Super ticked to say the least. But i need help and i know someone on this forum can help me. The biggest problem there was, is that none of the hoses for the Charcoal Canister are hooked up... None, zip, zero, nada... So can someone show me a diagram of the routing of hoses? Maybe pictures of there own vehicle? Will i need a different carb or intake manifold? Please help as soon as possible, i don't want to have to sell my truck. :(

If you pop the hood and look at the radiator support.. there will be a sticker that has a diagram of how the emissions hoses should be on your truck.

really can't get more in depth than the diagram. a picture of someone's engine bay, IF they still have it to the factory original, will just look like spaghetti in an engine bay.

If its just a visual inspection of the engine bay, why dont you just run some vacuum hoses as close to the diagram as you can get so it will look like it passes.

Thank god it is only a visual safety inspection where I live. Basically do you got brakes horn turn signals and headlights.

I have noticed screwed firing orders, disconnected vac lines with engine pics.
