Car Covers company is a sham dealership, I purchased a Cover for my 86 K10 and used it about two months before it started coming apart.

Have a couple Covercraft covers for inside storage, nice. They do make covers for SB and outside, expensive. Do agree about outside covers doing damage. If in a damp area condensation can get inside cover. Wind may abrade paint on the corners unless cover is tied down really good. However, UV damage will be halted. It's kind of like what is the lesser of the evils, somewhat dependent on local environment.

Ive got the carhartt work truck cover (through covercraft) for my k5, very good, much better than the pos cover i bought from lmc. They will likely have black friday sale, thats when i bought mine. Highly recommend. And it actually easily fits into the bag (i store in bag every time i take it off. From april-october truck is stored with soft top in safari mode with sides and back rolled up, 0 issues.

Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you want a cover and dont have a garage, i havent found anything better
