c10 control arms, installed new control arms and now my truck sets to high and the tire's turned in

installed new control arms on my c10 and springs and now my truck set's high and the tire's are turned in. checked everything but don't know what to do

I'd say you need to check your tie rod length. If you have cheap control arm it's possible they're not the same measurements as factory. You could also take it in for an alignment. They may be able to straighten your wheels out. As far as the height, I'm not sure. If you could post some pictures it might be easier to see what the problem is on this end.

You need to do 2 things.
1. Wait for the new springs to break in. It’ll settle down a little. Unless you bought stiffer springs than you need.
2. Get a front end alignment. But ride height shouldn’t have changed toe “that” much. Thank god it’s adjustable.
I’d probably just adjust the toe at home since it will change a bit (very little) once the springs are broken in.
