I wish this guy would answer his phone or email. I'd like to find out why this does not have the 4L80-E in it and if it's tailgate of barn doors. I'd have to work on him about the price a bit, but maybe just maybe... Looks to be everything I'd want as far as trim level. Should be gray interior, has power mirrors so should be power everything and buckets I'd think.

Finally heard back. It's sold. Go figure. Prolly couldn't have worked it out anyway. Price to high, but for a 3/4 ton 91, I might have come up with it. Still waiting to hear on some shippers for that "other one" in Nor Cal.

They are, but R2500s had 700s too, according to the interchange and literature.

hmmm, so maybe it's the 454's got the 4L80-E and the 350's got the 700r4.

I know the interchange shows a 700 in a 3/4, I've never seen one even if it was a 350.

I never knew a 700r4 came in any 3/4 ton at all. I thought it was half ton and passenger cars only.

Here`s one at Jacks Body Shop that I wlways drive by.
OUCH !!!!! on the price tag. I know paint`s expensive, but, it seems He`s being a bit redicules on the price. Red, White and blue is OK but, it just does not look good on this pickup, especially with the tan interior.
Did`nt open the hood for an inspection of the engine, sorry.
guess I`ll get kicked in the balls again by 86, huh.:signs8:

Cheap aftermarket trim too. That is not OEM trim for one, secondly not 77 correct. 77 had the yellow stripe trim, which in this case prolly would have went well with the tan interior.

huh?
Yeah...thats too much.
I kinda think of these the same way an insurance company does, i guess. Example: a 77 is a 77, regardless of how much is spent on mods and paint, its still a 77.
