Dammit, One of these days I'll have money again. I'd be on that like stink on ****. The bed alone is worth well over that. Even if rusted in a few places.
Wish I could get it my self. Just too save it from the junk yard

It would be screaming for sure. Certainly a candidate for a 4L80-E swap having those 4.56's. I had 4.56's in my 64 GMC with 31in tires. But the speed limit was 55 back then and motor screamed at 65, but being a small block, it loved every minute of it.

He may want to trade but it proudly would have to be something a little better

Never know, maybe just something that runs and drives and a bit more freeway friendly and better of fuel, like a C10 or C20. If I was willing to give up my C20 with a 454/Th400 and 3.42's... But, I'm a bit attatched to it now, and I'm still regretting selling my K1500 so damn bad.

I was thinking on finding if he would trade me my C30 for that. But I do love my 73

I just wish I had the $1500. It's well worth it, so I'd hate to offer any less just because he'd probably take it. I have a feeling it's already sold anyway. That thing probably sold in a matter of a few hours I'd think. With all the guys wanting to get into scrapping cars I'd say it went of goes quick.

Probably because it'd take a special person to see the value in it. Most would look it and just dismiss it because they aren't in the tow biz and not look beyond the tow equipment that's on it.

If I had the extra cash I will get it.

Looks like the market here is ripe and I should turnover Silvy and make a good profit. Look at the prices being asked for square Burbs up here: :wtf: $6,999, $15,000, $7,500, $3,000, $7,000, $11,000, $3,500......

I often think about flipping mine because I know I could make money on it, but I looked so long for a 4wd short bed with a 4 speed that idk when or where I would find another.
