A great combo. I wonder why the motor is sitting in half cocked? Bad conversion job? Also, no price listed means he want's double what anyone is willing to pay for it. 2 people I hate to deal with on CL, those who can't list a price, cuz it's way to much, and those who end with God Bless, cuz they're liars.

My dad had a dodge dually with a Cummins in it a few years back and you could rev up the engine and watch the cab roll to the side form all the torque, so these weak frames on our tucks surely couldn't handle it. I'd be willing to bet the frame is bent.

I know I've heard of boxing part of the frame to but a 6BT in a square, but I thought that was due to the weight.

I do believe it is a 4BT, he calls a 4BTA. Not sure what the A stands for, but yep, it's a 6BT with 2 cyls whacked off :manos: uhh I mean cut off the back of it. I think a 4BT would be great in a square. Wildcatjason has one in his Burb. It did fine so long as he didn't have to tow his big travel trailer with it.

OK, so whose stalking me on CL??? I just got this email for my CL ad. Someone figured out who I was. Not sure who, but it's a local 405 area code. Whoever it is, they drink beer.

interested n ur tranny u can call or txt 405 *** XXXX after 8am n the morning. U got my email had a couple too many beers 2nite HRPC?

Found out who this was. He's been a member here for quite some time, but has never posted, just follows along and does lots of reading and learning. He's got an 85 2wd stepside that's work in progress. He lives about 20 minutes from me closer to the Air Force base. Pretty cool dude, in the upper mature group age. Maybe why he doesn't participate with our crazy asses. But he bought the 700r4 out of the 91 Burb to put in his 85 that came OEM with a Th350C.
