That's muhhh boy !!! I just knew I was gonna click that and it be a damn GMT400. You really should. Try to find you a 4x4 truck project toy. Then you can keep Silvy all nice and tucked away in bad weather.

Silverado is top of the line. Bonanza was just a special option package that included some features and options at a special pricing. Not sure what features were included in it. And it didn't run for a long time either. Seems maybe 75-79 or so. But yeah, like the Gentlemen Jim or Beau James option trucks, Bonanza is a bit rare. Prolly nothing more than a Custom Deluxe with added bells and whistles for a very low price tag for the features.

There was a 78 Bonanza at the junkyard i go to, It was a 400/th350 truck, Inside hood release, electric windows, speaker pods on doors, clock, tilt, AC, and one of those grillguard/brushguards. The truck was pretty heavily optioned, so to say its a custom deluxe is a little bit of an insult.

I remember in the late 80's and early 90's GMC used to run a package SLX. The standard package was SL and then SLE was like the Silverado, and SLT was heavy loaded and leather in he 90's. I liked how the SLX was optioned and it was a nice discount package. Pretty much a SL truck or a Chevy Cheyenne, but it had power locks, windows, tilt, cruise, AC, Cloth seat, but was still a base model truck with rubber floor mat.

Mabey it was on the kick panels, i dont remember, but i know i say them laying on the seat. And they looked just like the factory ones

I guess I should explain this whole thing. The little letters (some think that they are the trim lines of the cars) are actually acronyms. Some GMC trucks are male and some are female.

Up for sale is a passenger side fender with a little damage, but that **** will buff out!! Also the wheel well is with it this also has minimal damage, neither piece has rust/rot. Will not separate.
