I would love to have a c20 exactly like 1Low's.

Yup I like his too. I hope to have one of mine in his condition. I have the 84 and the 85. Just OEM wheels with the OEM hub caps, nice and clean and call it good. The C20's look good just as OEM for reason to me, and if you get the 8600 GVWR, No Cat requirement up thru 86. Maybe a bit earlier on a CA truck though. Neither of my 84, 85 and the 86 I had, didn't have Cats from the factory.
