Now that I am pissed off at the fatcats, might as well vent now. My boss says the insurance plan is going to change a tad, it will save him 5 bucks a person per week, but our deduction will be the same and less choice of referrals. F-U! F you and your ****** company Xmas party in your f'n mansion you bastard. Sorry.....

Try buying your own healthcare, it costs my wife and I $800 per month.

My first good job had a healthcare/401k plan, they wanted too much for it though, high deductible and only had 1 hospital 100 miles away that was covered. I laughed out loud and told the I wanted to opt out. The bosses got real ****** with me and it wasnt long till I was working elsewhere. Right now we have PEIA and it aint too bad. Still expensive as a ****.

I think that all health coverage is high these days and goes up every single year. My work uses Blue Cross Blue Shield. They aren't too bad but just like everyone else they are $$$

We used to have Blue Cross/Blue Shield and it was much better coverage than we have now. Deductible was lower too. But you really gotta keepo your eyes open, they find ways to get ya. Like us not meeting our "insurance quota" for the year to get reimbursed for...SOMETHING hell I dont even know what it was. You cant win no matter who ya got.

I like the bed better on a 67-72 since the lines run together. This doesn't look near as good as the OEM 73-87 stepside IMO, and I think he's about $1250 to high on his price too.

You're not lying. I don't tell to many people since I am self employed, and insurance is thru the roof for self employed, so I have a part time job for 30hrs a week to be able to get the group BlueCross/BlueShield for $72 bi weekly. And the insurance pays great too. Differant plans have different payments, but this one is a good one. I do pay copays for routine office visits, but things like surgeries, MRI and CT Scans are almost paid in full. After you hit your annual max out of pocket, then it does pay 100% of everythng after that. I think that out of pocket limit is $2000 a calander year. With my back, neck and hand ailments, I rack up some bills monthly.

I would be ok with that if it was a beat-up old farm truck that needed a bed because the old one was rotted away, but when someone tries to make it look nice I just dont like it.

It's almost like some folks think that because it's a sport side the lines on the bottoms of the bed don't have to match the cab so they put this 'round' bed on a square truck and just looks out of place.

The farm truck thing I could see for functionality but most of them would have a regular bed on it or a flat bed...

Yep. Mac tools used to be real big...Now Stanley ran it into the ground and is trying to either close them or sell out. Screwing over their distributors as well.

Snap On has opened 4 new factories in China. I used to buy off the truck every week. Now I refuse to buy anything off them. Only vintage stuff.

Wright and Cornwell are the only tools i will buy new anymore. They're still made in the U.S.A.

I just buy vintage tools though. Made back when quality meant something. Many of my tools are older than I am. The worst part is that if i break one (super rare) it's hard to warranty them because the manufacturer has been out of business for years.

Same here i don't buy that Chinese junk i have older craftsman tools in my garage along with air tools jack and other things.

like crescent wrenches i dont buy them anymore because they are made in china now.

I still buy Craftsman. It's virtually impossible not to buy stuff made in China these days...
