It'll bolt right up, but you'll have to make provisions for the TV cable and have the computer reprogramed to delete the -E transmission to the ECM or you'll wear out your Check Engine light with codes. Oh ,and you'll have to convert to taishaft to Electronic VSS for the engine controls to work right.

IN short, can it be done, YES, is it worth it, NO !!!
