I've seen at least 2.
The blue one with a 12' bed on ebay awhile back and another 12' for sale in a Cars & Parts magazine about 20 years ago and i've wanted one ever since. The ad in C&P said it was a rare factory option, but I am not sure and nobody seems to know.
