They have some special parts from those 2 years only but idk 950 each seems a little steep imho if you were buying to part out anyways.
Yeah, I don't know. I wish more could be seen in the pictures. The gray one could combine nicely with mine. My rolling frame and driveline, tailgate setup and full interior. Put that with the gray body and engine. Then the rusty one could be parts for both my Burbs. Take video of operating engine/trans, then sell those to recover some costs. Tbi 350's and working 4x4 700's are an easy sell around here.
Ya id keep the grey interior for my truck. I know the tcases and dash clusters are worth some money to ls swappers and if the core supports are any good lots of people like the mini quads. And then the 30 spline axles. I sold my last tbi 350 with unknown miles for 300.00. . Took a video of it running sold pretty quick too! I only paid 300 for the whole truck. lol
That's what I mean. It seemed kind of high priced at first, but then I started thinking about how much I could use and all the other various extra things that could be sold or used in other projects.
The real issue is coming up with the money. And hauling two trucks.
I would buy something like that if I were in need. Pretty nice.https://houston.craigslist.org/cto/d/hockley-1986-gmc-4x4-suburban/6805300976.html
Actually a nice looking truck !

Noticed the rubber floor mat and the door panels but not the visors - good eye !Something is fishy with that one. Silverados came with carpet, not a black vinyl floor. It also has the wrong color headliner, black visors and very baked door panels.
Non-tinted glass is also very odd for an '86 Silverado.
Not sure if you guys will be able to see this link, but i thought id give it a try. Just seen this on on of my Facebook for sale page's , stretched limo gmc duel cab
