Love those clean bigger C series. I really want one in a rollback configuration. Too bad that kind of thing is wayyy out of my budget.

My buddy at work desperately wants one of those Avion campers to restore. It’s part of his retirement dream. He’s mid divorce but may well buy that camper before he leaves for Alaska. It’s been for sale for >1 yr. I think the guy was asking $7k camper / $5k truck when I contacted him.

In the late 80s i was driving about 130 miles a day in my 71 trans am and picked up a chevette dirt cheap for the commute

Sold it soon
It was too slow and rough riding

Went back to driving the TA
