The seller is not specific on the details, but it's never claimed to be a factory deal either. Again, the sellers user name says it's fake. Also notice the picture from under the rear. It's a 3/4 ton frame with the outboard shocks.
Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad truck at all IMHO. I wouldn't mind owning it.

Yea i just looked at that the shocks do look to be outside the rails didnt notice that the first time i looked at it.

Just had a lol. Called a pawn shop that had a Snap-On compression testor advertised as brand new $250. Model #EEVP500. So, I check Snap-On's website, and they sell it for $239 and some change. Call pawn shop, ask if they're firm on price, yep-brand new, never been hooked to any thing etc, etc. I'm "you guys do know that Snap-On is selling these from their site for $11 cheaper, right?" Price is still firm. Lol. Guess they like having it on the shop.

That's my experience with every pawn shop I've ever been to. The real nice tools are the same price as new, or more. And the older, well used stuff is 75% of new. It's a crock of ****.

Probably, lol. It's been on C-list for quite some time now.
Easy to see it happen. All it would take is one person to not check what SO sells it for to buy it thinking they got a "deal"
Sounds about right. I did get a helluva deal on the Snap-On roll cab tool box I bought last year though. maybe once they get that much money tied up in something, they're a little more willing to make a deal.

Generally, my take is fairly cynical on things.
Some tweaker will come in there with either a EIC rich tax check, or trade in a bunch of stolen, "broken" gold for it. Either way, they aren't paying and don't care.
