I have an account over there also. My mine gripe is that the sole purpose of the site is to promote his products and they come down on you for mentioning anyone else.

That's their prerogative, but mine is to not participate lol.

Yeah, and it seems like LMC is the worst offense, lol..

LMC gets removed pretty fast from the threads there. The problem is that the store isn’t easy to find, it isn’t easy to navigate and it’s pretty limited on products. I think the guy running it should try something new. New moderators, new website for his store, etc. There’s almost no activity on the forum and I think the unwelcoming nature of the members there drives people away from his store. Of course there’s always the possibility I’m completely wrong.

Come one from poking around the vile guy and the other one are ASE mechanics. They have to be knowledgeable right. That’s a big accreditation right? NOT just because you can take a test dont mean **** if you can’t apply the knowledge you tested on, and if you take the A/C test you get that stamp. Lol

I just had to weed out the dead weight. Lol I got bonuses on what went out the door and salary so yeah. Then I got bitched at for being mean. Lol

That’s why you became foreman. Did they ever appreciate their increase in pay because they weren’t working for free?

Yes and no. No because they accually had to do their jobs lol before me there was no guidance in the shop. The advisors looked up tech times and well the techs got screwed. Then I came along and took that from the advisors. Yes because I paid the techs what they deserved time wise, but comebacks were on them.

You’re always money ahead doing it right the first time even if you aren’t making hours on flat rate. Some guys are hard to convince.
