It has some odd body lines where the bed meets the cab on the driver side....

It's just rear cab mounts that are shot. Those long ass frames flex a lot so it makes it more obvious than a reg cab truck. My '79 often has that same misalignment, depending on where it's parked.

Maybe, it looked to me like the gap between the bed an cab got wider at the top, as if the rear of the bed were drooping.

Eh, it looks alright to me. It might be the lighting in the picture. There's also a dent in the cab corner that might be effecting the gap.

I mean, I know the gap looks terrible, but I think the issue is minor.

Eyeballed this, hate it when people don't list a price. Sort of interested, usually no price list means "more than it's worth, it's rare!"

I have two rules that I never break when looking at for sale ads. If there's no pics. Automatic pass. If there is no price listed. Automatic pass. If the pics are complete garbage. It's a pass 75% of the time depending on the subject matter.

Both of those are cool. But yeah, no price usually means above average market value.

I actually legitimately thought good deal for few seconds just reading first two numbers in the price.

That would be the price I offered, one thousand two hundred thirty four dollars. If he balked, I'd ask why he listed it for that if he expected more. Besides, that "halfcab conversion" on the k5, appears to be some half-assed concoction of plywood and leftover flashing. Otherwise, I'm also in the "no picture, no price = no interest" club.
