I just assume those people aren't interested in selling their stuff and even if they were I'm not buying knowing just that little bit about how they've treated it :whymewhyme: I'm pretty picky about the ads I even respond to when I'm looking. No pictures = no response. Crappy pics = no response. Once sentence description = slim chance of response......

I used to never click on ads without pics, but when I was looking for my square I had looked at every truck within 200 mikes of here and happened to click on one without pics and ended up buying it. Got it cheap too. It was cleaner than any other truck in my price range that had pics with it.

Yeah, I can see getting lucky like that. Did the seller at least send you pics (via email or text) before going to look?

Yea. I just sent him a text asking for pics. It was about 100 miles from here and I didn't have anybody to take me so I just rode with one of our truck drivers that was headed that way. I had a *** of cash in one pocket and a pistol in the other just hoping it was worth buying so I had a way to get home lol. Well the drivers truck broke down about half way so I paid the guy an extra $250 to deliver the truck to me on the side of the road. Test drove it right quick and after he assured me that it would get me home I shagged towards the house... In the dark... With no gauge lights... In a truck I had never driven before. It was nerve racking but I made it.

Lol I just turned my phone light on and set it against the gauges so I could watch oil pressure/water temp. The headlights were terrible. I drove all the way home with the brights on and never got flashed.
