budget fuel cell and pump help

I'm going with a stepside bed here soon and while I'm at it I may go ahead and do a fuel cell and eliminate my dual tank setup so I can run fenders without fuel doors in them, I know some people have done the blazer tanks etc and am not against using one but I have a friend who can build a nice fuel cell and help me install it. What would be a good solution to get fuel up to the motor, I have the fuel pump on the motor but am thinking of doing away with it for an electric pump. So what are your suggestions? I'm wanting simple and easy if possible? Lol

It'll have a filler neck located in the bed floor

I'm gonna have a custom made 25gal aluminum tank made that will go in the bed up front with a filler on top on each side, that way don't matter what side of the pumps I pull into, and I'll be using a good reliable Clay Smith mechanical fuel pump.
