Seriously, though, any business in the modern world is not required to have a website to do business. Wanting money down at the start and remainder upon finishing the product is probably their way of not getting burned. BUT! It does seem shady to everyone, even me. Are there no upholstery shops in Texas? Or is Stitch Upholstery the only place you know of that has bucket seats?

He’s the only one that I seen that have the kind of seats I’m looking for. I figure if I’m going to spent that much on seats, I want to get ones like I would love to have. I’m not saying he’s a scammer, I was just wondering if anybody had dealings with with him. I live in Carlsbad NM and told him I would drive the 8hrs to his shop to look at some that he had but he said he don’t keep none there. So I told him that the next time he was going to get an order in that I would drive up there then. He didn’t respond to that, except to ask me when I was ready to get started. I was just wanting to be sure.

I ask if he had any at his shop that I could drive there and look at but he said he had already sent them out the customers. That’s what made me worry. I’m not in a hurry, thanks for your time.

If you're willing to drive 8 hrs to look at his work, you should be able to form an opinion when you get there.....take your seats with you....just a thought. If not, you wasted the 16 hrs driving time you were willing to do just to look at his work. Surely he has something else you can look at aside from GMSB seats. If not, look elsewhere. Might be a mom/pop store
