Has anybody converted to rear disc brakes to where i could purchase the mounting bracket and clips for the emergency brake cable for the left side and right side that attaches to the brake shoes found out they are no longer being made thanks

I chucked the drum set ups from my 10 and 12 bolts but I have a 10 bolt on n the K5 if that stuff would work.

Mine is a 10 bolt don't see why it wouldn't I've got a 1/2 ton according to the book it should work up to a 3/4 ton even 4wd

You out there honky kong jr was wondering if you came across the emergency brake cable levers the only ones I found on ebay are for 1985 and up mine of course is an 83 guy at the salvage yard said I'd have to replace the backing plate as well course i don't know the reason why something about the difference in the shoe sizes mine are 2 inch course don't see the difference why it would matter it's just an emergency brake lever

My K5 chassis is covered in snow at the moment. It is an 89 though

If it's an 89 im sure it won't fit thanks anyway im glad we don't get snow down here it's a miracle we'v got an inch for half a day this year good luck with the snow and advice you'v given me thanks
