Hello,
I'm looking for a good epoxy to bond my grill together since it's cracked..was wondering if anyone knew of a better product to use so it holds up to vibration.

I used some JB Weld on my 79 grille, the slow setting stuff. Check project farm on YouTube, I know he has done some testing comparing various epoxies.

I did a grill on a '59 that has lasted for years with JB Weld.

I just seen that video today doing some research. I think I'll try the original jb weld.

Several years ago I spent a couple of hours epoxying my grill together, I did a pretty good job, and a couple of weeks later on New Year's Eve, someone backed into my truck and broke half the pieces out that I'd repaired. They're still sitting on my dash. How discouraging.

Use the putty style epoxy that comes in a cylindrical tube, far easier to manipulate than runny liquid in the two little tubes.

Permatex Black Plastic Welder #84145 Use it a lot. I get it from my NAPA store. Stitch things together so there straight. Then fill in the voids after. Sets up in 5 minutes. Great stuff !! Use Krylon plastic paint after.
