Another thing that would make a noise like that is a leaking spark plug boot.

Wow went out to start the truck last night looked under the hood what do I see sparks jumping off the wire haha change the wire out with a Extra one I had and no More ticking thinks guys

That's Good News. Probably runs a little better too without that plug wire grounding out.
