I won't be using it as a work truck, but It will have a 5th wheel hitch back there. I'm putting in bed liner in that area. I'm still watching videos on it, but I'll get the wrap in next week and hope to do it next weekend.Interesting. Would it see service as a truck after the wrap? I wonder how tough wrap is compared to the usual life of a square?

It does need a smooth surface, but from what I read it sticks fine on primer as long as you have removed all the dust. We shall see. What kind of vinyl do you want to use? The car vinyl needs a smooth surface. It does not stick well on rust, primer etc. Would be a pity if it comes off or starts to bubble after 3 weeks.
Nice. It seems like it would be pretty straight forward, but I wonder about the corner of the bed above the brake lights.Employed wrap in strategic areas on a tri five. I would think the square bodies would be easier as there are minimal compound curves.
This is what I'm doing with my 90 Suburban as well! Mine is an off road mainly truck so It made sense to me.I didn’t wrap my 90 Suburban 1500 but I did Raptor Line it. Check out pics.
