@84GMCSierra I believe those are 1981 and a 1982 which didn’t use the WA8915 Gunmetal Metallic color choice.

@Keith Seymore Great information! I just wish there was a way based on the codes to say whether or not it was an outdoorsman. Again, I can’t find anyone that has the solid WA8915 gunmetal gray from the factory other than outdoorsman. I’d love to see if someone on here had one.

My K10 is gunmetal, got an Outdoorsman sticker on the bed too.

If you are desperate to know more you have the luxury of two ways to find out:

You can send your VIN to the GM Heritage Center and they will send your the original invoice, which will include option content, pricing, any discounts, build timing and selling dealership. Last I knew this cost $50.

You could also send your VIN to GM of Canada. They return a similar range of information but also sometimes include additional tidbits like build quantities and commentary from George Zapora. I do not recall what the fee is for that service. https://www.vintagevehicleservices.com/
