My '78 K10 is very lifted, and I recently added crossover steering which required removal of the sway bar.

I am on the verge of having it on the road now but am worried about stability. Does anyone know of anything that can be done to get some of that stability back? I've installed new shocks.

Thanks!

I would just wait and drive it first to see how it feels. I can't say I've ever seen any of these things with significant lift that had a sway bar at all

I took mine off my 77 K5, and it smoothed out the ride a bit, but the rig can get into a situation where its rocking back and fourth repeatedly when going about 50MPH, and I have to slow down to get it to stop. The whole cab leans to the right then left then right and so on. Its very annoying. Maybe I can fix this with stiffer shocks?

I would start there, relatively affordable and easy first step.
