It’s rust free but some of the paint is thinning in the rear fender well

I’ve owned since 2002, an old man owned it before me. He sold it with 100k on it all original but over the years bushings and rubber stuff like that deteriorated so I decided to redo the truck

I need to replace mine as well. Hard braking is scary

When I sold my 1988 1 ton with 14,700 miles after owning it 25 years it did not look that good.
And GM did a full warranty bed off repaint in 1994 for faded/peeling paint.
