Not quite "aftermarket" as I prefer a simple "updated" look....these are commonly found in 90-93 LT trimmed S10 Blazers....although finding them in nice shape is pretty tuff these days. Those trucks used to be a dime a dozen-but anymore finding one with a nice wheel is almost like striking gold! There are foam versions of this wheel too but those are both cheap looking and cheap in the feel. The genuine leather wrapped wheels in good shape are worth snatching up....best bet is to hit up the swap meets....typically you can find a nice one for $50-75 which is a steal IMO

Above pics are not my truck- they are WillSquared's... but I liked that wheel so much I went out and bought one also. (turns out I don't have a pic of it). I liked that it is a smaller diameter wheel which I needed. I replaced the seat and with hopping up into a lifted truck my legs would hit the bottom of the wheel.
Don't remember the cost... it was kinda spendy but found it on sale. It was from Classic Industries.

I've been pleased with mine also. It is spendy but it seems to be very nice quality. I will say I was a tad disappointed the spokes weren't a little closer match to the factory finish of the trim. But it's not a big deal and don't have to worry about glare.

Not to thread hijack but did you get your horn hooked up? I am not terribly mechanical and have yet to figure that one out. I think I'm missing the relay but I also don't think I have the button hooked up correctly.

I couldn't figure the horn part out and happened to be at a friend's house using my computer to scan his Audi. He offered to look at it. 30 minutes later he had it fixed. Wasn't paying much attention... something about a bright lime green circle piece that a spring went into. That would reach down into the column and then complete the circuit for the horn to turn on.

I'll snag a photo tomorrow or the day after, but I've got a Grant GT wheel in mine. Aluminum center with Mahogany outer. Like this one:
