Based on the grommet around the line, it’s probably the vacuum supply line that goes through the firewall and connects to the vacuum reservoir under the hood.

I think the line running up to the cowl vent may also have a grommet around it.

Mine is an 85 ... I measured the vents when I had the restoration going on to make sure I got the correct size ... I think the length is between 12" - 14"

I thought there were two sizes based on the year models ...
