Ca n anyone answer me that has done this? When you use one of these AC delete covers to replace the factory AC housing where do you mount the blower motor resistor I don't see a hole for it?

I’m at this exact point with my Jimmy. Pretty sure we’ll have to cut a hole in the AC delete panel to mount it.

Late to this party; a couple questions. Where does the tube from the Blower motor go to? Does it just get plugged. And all the cable connectors from the evaporator, what happens to those?

See pictures. This is a 1986 C10 Truck.

The wiring is for your resistor block, which it is connected to. You need that. For the a/c delete you need to make a hole in the new box. They say the resistor blocks need good airflow over them.

The hose isn't as important, most replacement blower motors don't even come with an opening for the hose. Some don't even have it factory. I've had no issues not having one.

The other purple dangling lower is not needed. It is for the a/c specifically.
