AC delete panel

Ca n anyone answer me that has done this? When you use one of these AC delete covers to replace the factory AC housing where do you mount the blower motor resistor I don't see a hole for it?

I’m at this exact point with my Jimmy. Pretty sure we’ll have to cut a hole in the AC delete panel to mount it.

Late to this party; a couple questions. Where does the tube from the Blower motor go to? Does it just get plugged. And all the cable connectors from the evaporator, what happens to those?

See pictures. This is a 1986 C10 Truck.
