Thanks for letting me join up and absorb the wisdom here! I have a 1980 K10 Stepside that I am in the process of bringing back to life. It sat for about 12 years in a shed before I got it. I have taken it apart and am in the process of painting and putting it back together. Cab is about 90% done then I start on the bed. I reworked a 454 and put in it so I am looking mostly at body work now. Looking forward to learning for you folks. I added a few pictures of the way things started...

I am in the NC mountains...poor boy operation. I use the garage to mechanic, paint, and most anything else. Not exactly a downdraft paint booth, but it works!!
