Hey everyone I’m not really new to this forum. I watch it all the time and I own a1985 GMC short bed . In the past I’ve owned several square bodies and at my age I always had older Checys I don’t consider a 1985 a classic but when I bought this truck I think it’s a keeper. It’s very well equipped and absolutely rust free and for the Pittsburgh area that’s highly unusual. I have a couple questions that I hope someone has the answer to last summer someone hit the passenger side of the bed right at the gas door so does anyone have either the bed side with the gas door or a bed side that I could cut to repair mine or are the aftermarket bed sides ok from past experience I’ve had some issues with aftermarket parts. I usually don't let posts in the Introduction thread that asks questions stay. This thread is for tell us about you and your Squarebody(ies). You did tell us about yourself, and your truck. That being said how big of a piece do you need to fix your bed side? Are you just after a section with the gas door, or are you needing a much larger piece? Pics would help.
