This is probably not that feasible but I thought i'd throw it out there...
Is there any way to hook up an old style column shifter to work some more modern manual transmission like an nv4500 or even nv5600?
I'm guessing they aren't made for it at all i'm just curious if anyone has ever heard of it being done... for the same reason that cop cars still need column shifters - aftermarket center console junk. I want to put a bunch of ham radio stuff at hand in my future 'Burb. I don't need to speed shift but I don't think i'm willing to go to an automatic just to regain the option to stack stuff there either... the 4x4 lever will still sorta be in the way anyways.
