AC would be great, right now the only window I can open in the square is the vent window. Needless to say it has been sitting a lot lately.

Ac compressor hidden below everything. Only ac hoses coming up visable. On the hard line, I changed one side from #6 to #8 fitting( i am running 92 condenser) and also changed the pressure switch connector to one from fourth gen because I need to run a fourth gen pressure switch. It sends actual pressure signal to ecm.
It'll work..

Say, what am I lookin at in the last picture of the four above?

Ac is working. One of the fans is not working, so will need to sort that out. It is fan #1 and is probably the one that turns on for the ac. Had to manually command fan #2 to turn on during a charge. Was in a hurry, will work with it again a bit later.

got a feon leak. It held vacuum for half a day, but apparently a bit of freon is too much. That used ac compressor might be coming back to bite me.

No matter how long it holds vacuum, it's never a guarantee that it will hold pressure.

Sorry to hear though.

Well another used compressor installed, except it had a bad pulley bearing. Swapped from a leaking compressor and it is working now. Also fixed the fan signal wire and figured out the pressure sensor issue. Harness builder had two pins on the connector backwards. I had been driving with a resistor to bypass pressure sensor so far, but had to turn off at stop lights because fan was not triggering. Now should be all better.

Very painfully slow, but it is progressing towards being painted. Gave up and took it to someone for a repaint. I can do paint work but hate doing prep.
