I'm 50/50 on the 4x4, it'll just make me want to buy a ton of 4x4 stuff.
Id have to flat bed it but that's okay, And it leaks when filled past half, how can I fix that?

See my mom doesn't understand the Square, she doesn't get the bond between you and the truck. She wants something ready to drive, no rust or very little. Which is why I'm looking are little newer trucks.

Newer trucks break if you look at them wrong and rust faster due to thinner **** steel. That square took 30 years to look like that and a newer Dodges wheel wells and rockers rust out before the warranty is up.

Those just look like they have went to hell and back except maybe the 75. Maybe look farther away to find something in better shape?

I thought your goal was reliable transportation?

What is the goal and budget here? Do you need to be able to drive it, and what distances?

The Budget right this minute is $1000, later to be $2500. Yes it needs to be a reliable truck, And it could range from 10 minutes away to an hour away.

OK, this is gonna hurt, but, for 1,000 and you need it to be reliable transportation.... GO buy a minivan.

No one wants them, they sell for little to nothing, can probably get one around 150,000 in fine condition in your budget, get 25 mpg and take all the money you save on gas and repairs and buy a nicer truck.

I offered similar advice in his other thread, you can see where it's gone.
