Bad gas is a definite possibility. Water in fuel. Doesn’t happen often but it does happen.
Easy to verify, run it off of a gas can of good gas and see if it clears up if you suspect that.

Until you start with hard diagnostics all your doing is guessing. Attempting a vehicle repair that way usually results in frustration and replacing unnecessary items.

Seafoam is not the problem. More than likely did what it is designed to do.

Yes, water in fuel is always a possibility. However, since the addition of ethanol I haven't seen it. This is after replacing countless in tank pumps and seeing the tank interiors. Ethanol is dry gas additive.

You might have knocked loose some junk in the tank and the sock could be clogged now. I would let the tank run low and then drop it to see what the inside of the tank and the pickup filter looks like. Put a new filter sock on it while you have it out.

Then go through and PROPERLY set the initial timing, float level, and idle mixture... in that order. There are plenty of videos on the holley website that describe how to do the adjustments on the holley. You need to have initial timing set first though. Get a decent timing light and set initial timing at 4-12 degrees BTDC with the vacuum advance disconnected(and plugged on the engine side) and the engine fully warm. If it takes more or less timing than that for the engine to run, you have a mechanical problem with the engine(slipped balancer, broken/poorly adjusted valvetrain, low compression, etc...).
