I forgot to mention it has to be something to do with wires or signals because can reverse the wires and same thing happens to other side

Just got it traced it's a solid signal from ecu. Can I jump the wire that's working properly to temporarily fix it?

It's the green wire that's bad

Worth a shot, Ecu likely needs replaced anyway. Just getting to the shop or driveway right?

It is ground side switched so before replacing the computer locate the wire at the computer and de-pin it and start the truck if it is still dumping it will not be the computer it will be a short to ground on the control wire if it stops spraying all together it will be a bad driver in the computer hope this helps!

Its definitely running wide open I cut the wire and tried to jump it to working pulse wire not enough volts to run both injectors but it didnt spray at 100% and it tried pulsing.

The ground driver for the injector probably isnt strong enough to open both injectors get a wiring diagram and do some quick checks also if you have to drive it unplug the coolant temp sensor so the computer will try and throw more fuel at it for the 1 injector!

You are not going to be chasing power you are chasing ground the fuel injectors are controlled by ground from the computer so if your control wire( ground wire for the injectors) is shorted to ground then it will also cause this problem!

As mentioned either the driver or short to ground. One driver will burn up if trying to run both injectors, but the working driver can be used to run a mosfet that is then can drive the other injector. It unplugging bad one and coolant sensor might give it enough fuel.

Sorry, I know it works by giving ground. I have it running off 1 injector, because it will run off 1 good injector versus trying to split power /ground across both injectors. I already pulled the temp sensor. I am able to move it now and already ordered a new ecu and and injector terminals (they are old so no sense in half assing repair)

In the past when I ran into ecu issues the injector didnt fire at all, never saw it always open. But there is no pulse just wide open on. I will report back after replacing ecu tomorrow.

Thanks for all the replies. I printed the wiring diagram off all data just figured sometimes faster to ask than to chase wires.

If I can ever repay the favor with any car let me know I can upload any diagrams etc from ALL data if anyone is ever in need.
