So to report back. The ecu was the issue. Palmetto bugs had gotten into the customers computer (nice warm area as most electronics are) and shorted out the connections inside.

Replacing the ecu fixed all the injector issues.

Absolutely, just wanted to relay the resolution, as nothing is more frustrating than when someone fixes something and doesnt report back lol.

It was odd still how the injector stayed open as opposed to not working at all. I checked the board closer and they just so happened messed it up to give constant ground, so when key was on injector stayed open and was only area that was effected.
