Love this truck, beautiful work y'all have done! Looks like it left Detroit like that!(Or Flint GM Truck and Bus plant, where the "factory" Crew Cabs are built/modified).

We used the same thickness as the original frame rail, welded that into place then added an over wrap of steel with large circles to do flood welds, and it over lapped the 1st weld.
