Update to this.

Finally got the rear belts in the car. I waited until the car was off the road for the winter anyways....

So, they fit. They look nice. They work. Im happy.

Annoyances:

1) The supplied upper mounting bolts are just completely the wrong size. Too short and too thin. Cant understand this when you are paying for an expensive ass custom made seatbelt kit.

2) The retracting wheels only (really only) just fit down by the bottom of the seat and next to the seat release. Also they have no covers, so everything is exposed.

Maybe I would have expected slightly more, but hey im happy to have 3 point belts in the 2nd row now :)

Yes those should have a plastic cover over them. The factory belts would have had one. I remember what these looked like since I had to remove them a few times on the '84 and '90 Burbs, both with blue interior. Coins get dropped into the cover when you are trying to get change out for the toll road and count it.... Also the belts get twisted and bind up especially if any debris goes down the slots. On the '90 I had to replace the driver's side second door belt assembly; it was frayed on the edges and kept locking up. I could not find a blue one in the yards so it had a gray one for its last few years. Wrong color but still worked.... I also had to drill the bolt out, that holds the assembly to the floorboard. The Torx bit got damaged in the bolt head, because the damn bolt was seized in the hole....yes I used a grade 8 bolt and nut to replace it.
