I searched for this subject first with no luck. What I did find, links no longer worked. I have an 80' c10 and I cannot find which fuse in the panel is the REAR lights / brakes.
The issue is that I had the box off, checked all wiring while apart and it worked. Put the box back on and now there is nothing. I have checked all the way from the back of the fuse box and no juice.
I'm attaching a photo of the box for reference. It looks like the second fuse up on the far right is possibly part of it.
I appreciate all of your time and help on this.

Yes- 2nd up far right- says “Stop/Haz”. A orange wire runs from that up to the hazard flasher- (top left) and continues on to the brake switch- then a white wire runs from the brake switch to the turn signal switch. A yellow & dk green wire leaves turn signal switch and goes to brake lights.

If you are talking about tail lights (not brake lights) it is the fuse labeled “T/L CTSY”.
