Nope, sorry. Two skinny kids and can lift the box off, even having to pick it up higher to get over the tires. One at each fender opening, go.
I completely agree more help is much better all around. I just think you're weight estimate is way heavy... but maybe not. A guy can carry a good loadYes, I know this. But it's large and awkward, having a couple more buddies helping is much safer. No risk of cab damage, bed damage, or bodily harm. Hernias and hemroids suck.
And even a skinny guy like myself can lift a bed over on it's side or on it's end. I don't recommend it though.
I'm still sticking with my original estimate of 450-475 pounds. I'm eager to see what the scale says.
Can't we have a fight over a few pounds?Really though, we are all pretty close in what we think the weight is. Even a 200 pound difference, the truck isn't going to care in the slightest amount. We are talking the weight of a single passenger here.
