Charging system not working. Not bad alternator.
What could be problem ?? Fuseable link ?. Where ?? Any wiring diagram available??

Fusable links to the starter mainly. Might be one off the alternator battery terminal.
You apparently have checked off the battery terminal of the alternator with the engine shut down, then again with the engine running to verify that the alternator is charging, using a multimeter ?
New parts does not necessarily mean good parts.

sometimes the battery posts corrode between the clamp and the post. I call this black post. it will start with a jump or a battery charger but not on it's own. And will charge higher on the gauge because it's struggling fo make the connection. I hope this helps as iv'e seen so often people get charged for a new battery when there is cleary nothing wrong with there old one.
