Hey everyone. I'm building a 77' with my son. 408 sm blk, 700r4, and 241c transfercase. My question is, what stock floor shifter will work? Will a 88-89 out of a suburban or truck work? I'm sure this has been done, what did yall use? Thanks in advance..

I would think the shifter used with the NP208 trucks would be very close or the same to what a 241C equipped truck would use.

A shifter setup from any np208 truck will work. If you don't feel like hunting down a stock shifter, an aftermarket, cable style shifter is also an option.
