I don't hate the '73 and would totally drive the hell out of one, but yeah I'm not gonna pretend the '71 isn't way more attractive...

GM 68-72 ARE THE BEST CARS EVER MADE HANDS DOWN.
EVERY 2 DOOR VEHICLE WAS AWESOME FROM CADILLAC..BUICK..OLDS..PONTIAC...CHEVROLET..
HAVE TO APPRECIATE 73-77 FOR WHAT IT IS..THE LAST REAL CARS THE REAL GM EVER BUILT..SAD..BUT TRUE!

73-77 safety b.s. changed the designs in a big way.
Crash testing became the norm..heavy door beams made the doors heavy.
Which then sagged after heavy use.
The bumpers were built to withstand a crash..would love to see crash test 73-77 vs a new car.
The ones I see online never show the 73-77 crsshing into a new car..its always before 1973.
They found a 75 impala in a scrap yard with original air bags..and crash tested it..worked perfectly!
Any chance anything in today's CARS will function 50 years from now?
Lmfao!
