6" lift what wheel and tire size can I fit? I want 35's but don't know how wide of a tire and rim i can fit.

You could check the gallery on Custom Offsets to see what others have put on their trucks, and what they think of the tires or suspension. Nice looking truck.

It's all about wheel width AND OFFSET. The more you have hanging out the worse it will rub.

This is an old truck of mine, 6" Rough Country lift, 16.5x12 wheels (4.5" backspace) and 12.50x35 BFG's. This truck had perfect virgin fenders and it would rub if I hit a bump while turning (transitioning into driveway, parking lots, etc).

4” lift on a K20. 35/12.5/20 on 20x9 3.5” BS. It rubs at full lock without even moving the truck. But it looks good!
315-75-16 on 16x8 4” BS (0 offset) would clear for daily driving.
6” lift or axle relocate will clear anything with a 35” tire and reasonable neg offset.
Assuming no cutting or trimming on the fender.

Did you have to re-gear?

The truck came with 4.10's so I didn't have to but to keep it from being under geared I did swap to 4.56's. Since it had an overdrive trans I tried 5.13's initially but it made the shift points a little weird so they always felt out of sink with the speed (much like the 4.10's), the 5.13's had it upshifting quickly so any throttle had it downshifting constantly and the 4.10's left it feeling sluggish (100k+ TBI 350). With 4.56's it shifted and felt exactly like it did with the 4.10's and stock 30"-ish tires, it drove great.
