6 hole, 11.5” centers flexplate Mark IV 454

Tearing my grey hairs out here after the third flexplate I ordered did not fit. My existing setup is the Mark IV 454 with 2-piece rear main seal, 6-hole torque converter with hole centers (straight across) of approx. 11.5” spread, 6-hole single pattern flexplate stamped 7 993. The flexplate has 4 teeth in a row that are chewed up, but was not giving me any grief. Two plates from Summit, wrong. One recent through Amazon after the tech at Pioneer swore it would fit (FRA141), wrong. ATI does not make one. I would like to stay with the 6-hole converter if possible. I could put the old flexplate on, but prefer not to. Anyone have the same setup or experience with same? Thanks.

What application/year are you looking it up for? The original Mark IV flexplate in my '90 had 6 holes. I replaced that engine with a '91 Gen V and got a new flexplate to work with it. It had the correctly spaced 6 holes as well. I either ordered from Summit or Rock Auto, I'd have to look it up because I can't remember.

It is going into my K30 in front of the TH400.

I guess what I meant was, how are you looking up the flexplates? By model application? If you look one up for a '90 C3500 then it should be the 6 bolt pattern since that's what they came with stock. But if looking up something like say an '80, it may or may not be set up for the 6 bolt pattern since I believe they normally only used 3.
