damn nvm the big block that is a hell of a deal.

515hp a tunnel ram intake on that will get you to 550 if you really want it.

515 is close enough imo lol.

Agree 515 is close enough...besides I think TRI is only for carb'd applications?

oh i was under the impression you would be carb'd.

the engine you linked to looked like it had a carb on it i assumed you would be using that. they are usually dual carb as far as i know.

but i dont see why you couldnt use EFI with one. as long as its not direct port i dont see an issue. though they can be very tall and may need a hole in the hood.

damn it im rambling. just deal with 515 lol.

haha! no worries. Yeah, I am going to do FI Tech or similar for ease of starting and fuel mileage. I won't be cutting any holes in the hood, so, 515 it is with that engine.

A tunnel ram will kill your bottom end and idle... unless you run propane... which I always recommend because then you can build high compression and love life.

I have a fitech on a bbc. It didn't help with the "two words". It has killer throttle responce though.

You can do 550 on a junkyard 4.8, stone stock with a turbo, camshaft, and valvesprings.

Anything else on an LS is a waste of money.

Cam, turbo, valvesprings, send it.

Nope damn 10 bucks a gallon, the smell accompanied by the sounds is enough to put you in sensory overload.

I run a blend of premium 93 octane and Sunoco Standard which if I remember correctly is 110 octane.. Do I need to? Not really, but it's a toy that doesn't get driven much and I like the way it smells. Plus it actually helped crisp up the throttle response on the 'ol BBC! And not in the "I can feel it made a difference" but in the actual "you can tell it made a difference" sense! Lol
