Im sure this question has been asked a million so sorry in advance but im torn. Im planning on lifting my truck 4" with a rough country kit and buying a set of dunlop mud rovers in 33 or 35x12.50 (on stock wheels for now). Just cant decide which. Ive read about guys fitting 33's on stock suspension and im afraid if i go that route they'll look too small. At the same time i like things looking porportional and i think 35's will look too "stuffed" in the wheel wells. I just dont want to spend 800 bucks on tires and end up having them look goofy. I was considering going the 35" route and adding a 1" body lift from offroaddesigns. But the less i have to spend the better. I'm assuming a total of 5" of lift will clear 35's with minimal to no rubbing? Im also somewhat worried about tearing up the 10 bolt rear/44. I've read 35' is the max size people recommend running. The truck is'nt used for any heavy offroading. Thanks for any help guys.
Here's some info on the truck; 87 v10 single cab, long bed, 350, sm465 3:42 gear (will change to match tires soon)
Thanks again!
